Insurance Plan Updates or Additions
When requesting Edits or New Plan additions from the Insurance Validation Department, you will receive an email response with one of two replies in the subject field:
Insurance Changes Succeeded for "XXXX Ins Plan"
or
Insurance Changes Failed for "XXXX Ins Plan"
Please open the email for Action taken and Validation Comments, giving further details or instructions for completing the actions.
As part of maintaining your Practice Insurance List, after any successful Edits or Additions of New Plans, please Refresh your Plan drop-down by clicking on the green refresh arrows:
