It appears that this plan already exists in the master insurance list and can be located by searching with numeric segment only in the P O Box / Street address field:
If the phone number you have requested could not be found, we suggest you choose one of the plans without a phone number by clicking on the line and then Select Plan.
After adding the plan to your Insurance List, the link provided in the email https://support.practiceadmin.com/portal/en/kb/articles/insurance-maintenance gives step-by-step instructions on editing your practice insurance list.
Once you have edited the plan under the settings tab, launch Billing Manager. Using the edit button, the phone number can be added or edited, using the Edit (...) once the plan has been selected from your dropdown list:
If you do not see the newly added plan in the dropdown list, refresh the insurances in the Billing Manager:
