Scheduling Applet - Adding Appointment Types

Please follow these steps to add an appointment type to your schedule:

  1. On the appointments tab: Click on the option "Setup Lookup Lists"
  2. The screen should default to Lookup List: "Appointment Types" or you can click the dropdown box to select
  3. Click the (+) New button to add a new appointment type
  4. Enter the appointment type name
  5. Select a color as needed and enter a default length of time (minutes)
  6. Click the Save & Close button
You can now use this appointment type for scheduling.
