Scheduling Applet - Adding Appointment Types
Please follow these steps to add an appointment type to your schedule:
- On the appointments tab: Click on the option "Setup Lookup Lists"
- The screen should default to Lookup List: "Appointment Types" or you can click the dropdown box to select
- Click the (+) New button to add a new appointment type
- Enter the appointment type name
- Select a color as needed and enter a default length of time (minutes)
- Click the Save & Close button
You can now use this appointment type for scheduling.
