PBI 2714: Improved handling of DST versus non-DST

Added logic to improve the handling of appointments when crossing DST boundaries.

Single Appointment:

1. User currently in non-DST and adding an appointment in DST

2. User currently in DST and adding an appointment in non-DST

Recurring Appointments

1. User currently in non-DST and adding a recurring appointment where some occurrences are in DST

2. User currently in DST and adding a recurring appointment where some occurrences are in non-DST

Bug 2733: Errors when editing Appts in March 2021

Fixed a bug where editing existing appointments during the first week in March after the change to DST resulted in an applet error. (See Support Ticket 77165 for more details.)

Bug 1769: 'Remove Recurrence' is throwing exception 

Fixed a bug where removing an occurrence of a recurring appointment during DST resulted in an applet error.

PBI 534: Removed Reports Menu

Reports Menu is removed from the menu list as all Scheduling reports are in the WebApp under the Reports tab

PBI 430: Added Instance + Account ID to Account Dropdown

Account list dropdown now includes Instance and Account ID at the end of each account name in the list, e.g. “PA1 TRAINING (PA1-9)” 

PBI 2879: Increased Account Dropdown Width

Account list dropdown width increased to support longer account names.

Bug 1813: Incorrect Icon on Appointment Recurrence screen

Fixed bug where two icons were overlapping on the Appointment Recurrence dialog box.

PBI 2896: Implemented Eligibility History Archiving on all instances

Removing outdated eligibility results from the Scheduling applet initial launch improved the launch time for the applet.

Bug 520: Certain patients without insurance still showing as Insurance Eligible

Fixed an issue where certain patients without insurance still showing as Insurance Eligible
