How to set User Account for ERAs and Batches

Here are the steps to set the User Account for ERAs and Batches:

1. Login to ProviderSuite.
2. Select the desired account from the Account drop-down list.
3. On the Billing tab, click the EDI Payments link.
4. In the User for Payments drop-down list, select the desired user account.
5. Press Update.

All batches posted from ERAs will be assigned to the selected user.
