How to Create a Recall List Labels Report
From ProviderSuite > Reports
Select the report named Recall List
Click the Change Columns button
In the Customization box that pops up select and drag the following fields into the columns and others as needed
Address
City
State
Zip
Please remove any unneeded columns by dragging them into the customization box
Click the red (x) of the Customization window to close the box
Enter the needed date range
Click the Run report button
When you have report results click the Export button in the top left corner and save the file to your computer for use with attached mail merge steps
