Appointment List Report with Additional Columns/Headers

To generate a list of appointments with additional information, such as Primary Insurance ID, follow the steps below.

You can customize the report when generating from the Schedule Manager. 

Launch Scheduling > click the Print icon > Print Encounter Forms > select Appointment List by Patient from the reports drop down list > click Change Columns > select additional details from the Customization drop down list, such as Primary Ins ID and double click to add it as a column header.
