EDI Portal Rejection Info Center
From the Billing Tab
Go To the EDI Portal
Click on Manage Claims
Click on Work Rejected Claims
Then select the blue link "Rejection Info Center"
This will pop open a large PDF that you can search and see how to fix and address specific rejections.
