Patient Itemized Statement not allowing Patient Filter

The reports that include a Patient parameter were redesigned for version 8.2. Please clear your browser cache (instructions below) and then close the browser. Next, open the browser and log in to ProviderSuite to enable the new Patient selection parameter. Click in the Patient field and type three or more letters and press Enter.

Then select the specific Patient from the list of choices and press Run Report.



For Chrome: you clear the browser cache by clicking the three dots in the upper right and then Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data > (select Cached Images and Files) > Clear data

For Microsoft Edge: Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy and services. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

For Internet Explorer:

1. Close all Internet Explorer windows.

2. Open a new Internet Explorer browser, then click Tools > Internet Options. (If you don't see this, press the Alt key to show the menu bar.)

3. In the General tab, under Browsing History section, click Delete.

4. In the Delete Browsing History window, select the checkboxes for Temporary Internet Files and website files and Cookies and website data. If you have saved any Pearson sites as Favorites, clear the checkbox for Preserve Favorites website data.

5. Click Delete.

Note: It may take a few minutes to process. Please wait for the files to delete before continuing.
