How to create an Encounter template
We take the image that you provide and use that when ProviderSuite prints Encounter Forms. ProviderSuite then adds the Patient Name, demographics, Provider, and relevant appointment data on top of the image as it is printed. Please find the sample encounter form attached. You may edit this form, save it as YourPracticeNameEncounterTodaysDate and send it to Support once it is complete. We will add your encounter template to the system so that you can print encounters for each patient from the Scheduler.
