Update Encounter Form 2 - Request Completed

Your encounter form has been loaded into Schedule Manager. To complete the setup, you will need to:

- Clear the Schedule Manager cache
1. Close any open instances of Scheduling on your computer.
2. Log in to the ProviderSuite website at https://login.practiceadmin.com
3. When on the Home tab, there is a blue link to "Launch Support Tool" click this link. If Windows prompts you to run or install the support application, please approve this. A new screen will appear with PracticeAdmin Support Tool.
4. On the Maintenance tab, click the "Clear PA Schedule Manager Cache" button.
5. Once it is complete, a pop-up note will appear that says Cache Cleared Successful. Click OK to close.
6. Close the Support Tool screen by clicking the X in the top right corner.
7. Within the ProviderSuite Web application, click on the Appointments tab to launch Scheduling.

-Link the encounter form to the providers or facilities that will be using this form
1. Go to Schedule Manager
2. Click Setup Providers (or Setup Facilities)
3. Double-click on a provider record
4. Complete the Default Encounter Form field
5. Click Save & Close
6. Repeat for any other providers or facilities as desired

When printing a new Encounter Form for the first time, you may need to adjust the margins for the best results.
1. From View Schedule, right-click on an appointment
2. Select the option "Preview Encounter form"
3. Click on File in the upper left corner and select Page Setup

Recommended Margin Settings
Left .8
Right .8
Top .2
Bottom .2

Then click the OK button to save the settings, Click File and print and make any changes as needed.

Once the margins are printing as desired, please make a note of the settings and keep for future reference.
