The Print Claims button was greyed out because the claims were in the status Rjctd by Clearinghouse/Payer. Under the Claim ID: box there was another box called Change Claim Status. I changed the status of the claims to Submitted by Mail. Now for the claims in question, the print box is not greyed out.
