How to Review Primary and Secondary Claims Rejections

How to Review Primary and Secondary Claims Rejections:

  1. Login to PracticeAdmin

  2. Click on the ‘Billing’ tab

  3. Click on the ‘Edi Portal’ tab

  4. Click on ‘Manage Claims’

  5. Click on ‘Work Rejected Claims’

  6. Select ‘Primary Claims Rejections’ or ‘Work Pended Secondary claims’

  7. Select desired Claim and review the rejected claim

  8. Check off the ‘Worked’ box to move the claim to the worked status.

To review worked rejections:

Select Manage claims > Work Rejected Claims > Check off the Show ‘Worked Rejection Batches’ box
