Why is Claim in "Statement Not Going" status?

Why is Claim in "Statement Not Going" status?

The claim is in the Statements Not Going status because the limit of patient statements has been reached for the patient in question. Any additional claims after the limit are assigned the Statements Not Going status.

This status does not prevent the patient from receiving pre-collection letters and payment plan statements. The patient will get all Pre-Collections and Final Notices in the future.
