Using Mozilla Firefox browser with ProviderSuite

Using Mozilla Firefox browser with ProviderSuite

While we have optimized ProviderSuite for use with the Microsoft Edge browser, you can also use the Mozilla Firefox browser. However, to access the Billing and Scheduling applets, you will need to install a Firefox extension to add support for ClickOnce applets. ClickOnce is a Microsoft technology that is the basis for these two applets.

Please note that both the Billing and the Scheduling applets will only run on the Microsoft Windows 8.1 Professional or Windows 10 operating systems. They will not work on Macintosh OS X, Windows Mobile, Android, or iOS operating systems.

To add support for ClickOnce applets to Firefox:
  1. Open Mozilla Firefox and go to the Add-Ons  from the Settings menu
  2. Click the Extensions link on the left-side
  3. Use the Search box to locate the "Breez ClickOnce" extension from brz
  4. Click the Add to Firefox button
  5. Once the extension installs, close and restart Firefox.

Once the extension has been installed and enabled, the Launch Billing and Launch Scheduling links will be activated within the ProviderSuite web site.
