Steps to Reset a User Password

Here are the steps  to Reset a User password.

Note: You must be an "Account Manager" user in ProviderSuite to perform this task. If you do not have access to the Setup tab in the ProviderSuite, please forward these instructions to another user with Account Manager permissions. 

  • Go to the Settings Tab
  • Click on Users 
  • Click the Edit (blue link) to the left of the Users name
  • Click the Reset Password button
  • Write down the temp password including upper and lower cases.
  • Have the user login with this new password and then they will be prompted to create a new password.
  • Click the Update button to the left of the user name to complete.
