            How to Update a Provider to be linked to facilities

            Please follow these steps to resolve.

            Note: You must be an "Account Manager" user in ProviderSuite to perform this task. If you do not have access to the Setup tab in the ProviderSuite, please forward these instructions to another user with Account Manager permissions. 

            • Go to the Settings Tab
            • Go to the Sub Tab Providers
            • Click the Edit Provider Info button
            • On the left find the "Link Provider to" drop down menu
            • Select the option "Link to All facilities"
            • Then click the Save Provider Info button

            Close the Billing Manager and launch a new session to see the update.
