            Schedule Manager - Adding Appointment Types

            Please follow these steps to add an appointment type to your schedule:

            On the scheduling tab:
            Click on the option "Setup Lookup Lists"
            The screen should default to Lookup List: "Appointment Types" or you can click the dropdown box to select
            Click the (+) New button to add a new appointment type
            Enter the appointment type name
            Select a color as needed and enter a default length of time (minutes)
            Click the Save & Close button
            You can now use this appointment type for scheduling.
