This includes NDC codes, Prior Authorizations and more. This class also covers how to preview and print claims.

3. Researching Common Claim Scrubbing Errors and Claim Rejections
Researching Common Claim Scrubbing Errors and Claim Rejections training is a focused class designed to help you learn how to correct claims scrubbing errors and rejections and then resubmit those claims to the clearinghouse. You will also learn the difference between our internal claim scrubbing and clearinghouse and payer claim rejections and how they are both used to make sure you are sending the cleanest claim possible.

4. Posting Manual (Checks, Credit Card) Payments
Posting Manual (Checks/Credit Card) Payments training is an overview of posting paper checks from insurance companies from an EOB and posting checks and credit cards from patients in the Billing Manager Payment Application.
