If you are getting an error when trying to print CMS -1500 forms, first we must make sure your DPI is set to 100%. Please follow the steps below to reset your DPI, if needed. 

Search Windows for System

Click on Display

Make sure that under "Change the size of text, apps, and other items: " is showing the 100% (Recommended) 

If you have 125% or more please change back to 100%. 

If needed, the system will force you to log off and log back in for this change to take affect.
