How do you find claims that were rejected from the clearinghouse? Do I have to run a report?
You don't have to run a report to find your rejected claims. Use following steps to view an EDI Rejection from PracticeAdmin Billing Manager.
1. From the Today screen, double-click on the bucket named "EDI Rejections" listed in red.
2. A list will appear on the right of the screen, double-click on a patient in the list. This will load the claim on Claim-General tab.
The rejection message is now visible in the upper right corner of the claim general tab.
