How do I update a Providers phone number in ProviderSuite?
Please follow these steps to update:
Login to ProviderSuite> Go to the Settings Tab> Click on the Sub Tab "Providers" > Select the provider from the drop down menu that needs editing > Click the Edit provider Info Button > Go to the home Phone field and update > Scroll down and Click "Save Provider Info" button.
NOTE: You must be an "Account Manager" user in ProviderSuite to perform this task. If you do not have access to the Setup tab in the ProviderSuite, please forward these instructions to another user with Account Manager permissions.
