How to Update an Allowed Amount transaction

            How do I edit the allowed amount transaction that has posted from and ERA or manual payment?

            From the Claim Transaction Detail Screen for a specific Claim:

            1. Click on the Allowed line  (...)
            2. In the box that opens below change the amount to  (...)             (Allowed Amount = Patient Responsible + Payment 1 Insurance)
            3. Click the Add to Preview button and see if the balance is correct
            4. Click the Save/ Commit Preview once you agree with the balance
            5. Click the Refresh Data and give the system a few minutes to post and update.
            6. Click the Go to claim button in the upper right corner
            7. Release the claim as New
