How to remove the header or footer from reports that are printed

In order to get rid of the report header or footer (source report URL, date), you need to change the Internet Explorer settings in the Page Setup dialog called by File/Page Setup… menu option.

By default, IE has the following settings:

            Header: &w&bPage &p of &P
The result text for reports will be something like ATB by Category    Page 1 of 2
            Footer: &u&b&d
The result text for reports will be something like https://pbm.precisionpractice.com/claims/pareports/ReportATBbyCategory.aspx?GUID=...    10/31/2009

You can clear the corresponding Header or Footer fields and, as a result, the printed pages will not contain info about source URL, current date etc.

Note that this option works for any IE print, not only for PA Billing and for any installed printer drivers.
