            How to add an Appointment Reason?

            Here are the steps to add an Appointment Reason to the Schedule Manager:

            1. From the ProviderSuite Web Application go to the Scheduling Tab
            2. Click the "Launch Schedule Manager" button (top left corner)
            3. Click on the Setup Lookup List option on the left column of the Schedule 
            4. Select Appointment Reasons from the drop down menu labelled "Lookup List:"
            5. Click the green (+) New button to add an Appointment Reason
            6. Enter the appointment reason name
            7. Click Save & Close to complete the addition
