How are Eligibility Checks counted?

We track each eligibility check in our database and use that count to generate our monthly invoices. However, we exclude any checks where the response from the clearinghouse was one of the following:

  • Request Cancelled
  • Clearinghouse has returned misunderstood information
  • Processing Error
  • Unknown Clearinghouse Error
  • Pending Needing Requeue
  • Insufficient Info
  • Plan Not Enabled
