Exporting Data from ProviderSuite

Exporting Data from ProviderSuite

There are three primary ways to get data out of ProviderSuite:
  1. Reports
ProviderSuite has many reports available via the Reports tab. These reports can be saved to Microsoft Excel or printed. Depending on your needs, there are various claim, payments, A/R, and patient data reports.

  2. Interface
PracticeAdmin has successfully interfaced its software products with over 35 leading EMR, lab system and Health Information Exchange formats. We support HL7, CSV, XML, and X12 formats to exchange patient demographics (ADT), appointments (SIU), and charges (DFT) via SFTP and TCP/IP using MirthConnect. We will work directly with your EMR or lab provider to create the most efficient interface with PracticeAdmin. See a list of current interfaces at https://www.practiceadmin.com/supported-interfaces/

  3. Account Data Extract
We also offer a service where we extract data elements from an account and save those to an Excel file that we then deliver to you via email or CD-ROM. A data extract can be requested for an account by sending an email to sales@practiceadmin.com with the name of the account(s).
