Before we generate the data export file, please confirm that date you would like the file created. Are you ready to have us do so now or would you like us to wait until a specific future date?
Once generated, the data export file will be saved to a CD-ROM and sent to you via certified mail. Please confirm the mailing address we should use for the file.
