NOTE: You must be an "Account Manager" user in ProviderSuite to perform this task. If you do not have access to the Setup tab in the ProviderSuite, please forward these instructions to another user with Account Manager permissions.
This will happen when you have moved insurance plans and doctors from Available to Selected. You have created a 'Custom" charge master and so it only wants to pull for those Selected Insurance plans and doctors. You have two options:
1) Create another charge master with everything over to the left, Under Available.
2) Move all Insurance Plans from the Right 'Selected' to the Left 'Available'
Here are the steps to move your Insurance plans added from Selected to Available.
Go to the Settings Tab
Click on Fees
Under Charge Masters click the Edit/View option
Now click on the Charge Master Listed and click Next
Click Next again
Now in the boxes below, use the double arrows to move all your insurance plans to the left as "Available"
Then click the Save & Next Button
Next Click Finish
Close and launch a new session of the Billing manager, now and going forward all insurance plans will have the fees assigned from the Charge Master.
