Can't acess EDI Portal - Confirm TLS settings

            If you can't access the EDI Portal page, please confirm your browser's Transport Layer Security (TLS) settings.

            Open Microsoft Internet Explorer
            Click on Tools 
            Select Internet options
            Click on the Advanced tab
            Scroll down to the Security section
            Check the three boxes labeled:
            - Use TLS 1.0
            - Use TLS 1.1
            - Use TLS 1.2
            Click the Apply button
            Click OK to close the Internet options window
