Zoho Assist Remote Session

Please refer to the steps below when accepting a Remote Session link from Zoho Assist.
Locate and open the email from PracticeAdmin:



Click on Join Session in the body of the email:


Click Join Session under your email address:


Download the Zoho Assist Application:


Save the file:


Initializing Remote Session:



Click Join to approve the Screen Share:



Note: If the remote session has not yet initialized or nothing has happened after the download, locate the exe file in the Windows File Explorer > Downloads, and double-click to initialize:
