ProviderSuite Statement Fee Calculation

ProviderSuite Statement Fee Calculation

Statement fees are calculated as follows:

1. $0.79 for each statement sent (includes the first page, the mailing envelope, the return envelope, the printing, assembly, and postage)
2. $0.10 for each additional page after the first page on the same statement
3. $0.25 for each large mailing envelope (large envelopes are used when a single statement has four or more pages)

Within our system, we can determine the count of the first item - the number of statements sent. As each statement template is different and based on the amount of information contained in the statement, it may fit on one page or it may extend to two or more pages. Consequently, we have to wait until those additional charges are billed to us by our statement printing partner to then include them on our monthly invoice to you.
