Note: You must be an "Account Manager" user in ProviderSuite to perform this task. If you do not have access to the Setup tab in the ProviderSuite, please forward these instructions to another user with Account Manager permissions.
Below we have provided the steps to update Box 32 with the Service Facility NPI
Go to the Settings Tab
Click on Facilties
In the field labelled "Facility NPI (CMS-1500 32)" enter the NPI
Click the Save button
Close the billing manager and launch a new session, release the claim as New.
