Set Flag for Emergency Claims
To enter a "Y" in this field you will need to update the Core Practice setup information using the following steps:
Go To the Setup Tab
Under General scroll down and to the right check the box labelled "Include flag for emergency services"
Then click the update button.
Close any Billing Manager windows and launch a new session. You will now notice during claims entry in the Claim-Details tab a box labelled Emergency. If you want the 24C box to be noted check this box before releasing the claim.
