Set Default Encounter Form

STEP 1: Set Default Encounter Form:

NOTE: The encounter form isn't printing for the provider because one is not selected. 

From Schedule Manager...
1. Click Setup Providers
2. Select the Provider that the encounter form is not printing
3. Click Edit
4. Choose Encounter Form from the Default Encounter Form drop down
5. Click Save and Close

STEP 2: Set Encounter Form Printing Options: 

Your encounter form has been loaded into Schedule Manager. Please follow these steps when printing for the first time to adjust the margins for the best results.

From View Schedule, right click over an appointment
Select the option "Preview Encounter form"
Click on File in the upper left corner and select Page Setup

Recommended Margin Settings
Left .8
Right .8
Top .2
Bottom .2

Then click the OK button to save the settings, Click File and print and make any changes as needed.

Once the margins are printed as desired, please make a note of the settings and keep for future reference.
