Click the blue "New" button in the left top corner to start a new snip.

Using your mouse, click in the left top corner, holding down the button firmly, and drag the crosshairs over the surface of the image you wish to capture. 

When the entire image you wish to share has been captured, use the tool icons on the top bar to mark up, copy/paste, and/or save.
