Receivables Admin installation error

Receivables Admin installation error

Issue:
During Receivables Admin installation you can get an error with the following text:
"Unable to install or run the application. The application requires that assembly Microsoft.mshtml version 7.0.3300.0 be installed in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) first. Please contact your system administrator"

Solution:

  1. Settings prerequisites http://ari.precisionpractice.com/aradminstl%20lite/setup.exe

     

  2. If 1-st solution does not help: You can try to install mshtml library yourselves. For this download and unzip files from http://ari.precisionpractice.com/Support/regmshtml.zip to a temporary folder and run regmshtml.cmd.

     

  3. If it does not resolve the issue please send back log.txt and we will try and find the reason of the issue.
