PracticeAdmin Operations Update


Dear PracticeAdmin Customer,

PracticeAdmin will be releasing a new version ProviderSuite software on Thursday, May 24, 2018. During the maintenance and testing window from 02:00 AM ET until 08:00 AM ET on that day, your ProviderSuite instance may be intermittently unavailable. 

With this release we have updated the web address to log into Provider Suite to:
Please update your favorites and bookmarks with this new link. 

You will notice one change immediately on logging in for the first time after the release - we've added three security questions to the My Profile screen that will be used when you forget your password and need to reset it.
  • The first time you access ProviderSuite after the new release, you will be required to enter three security questions and answers before you are allowed to login to the system.
  • You cannot bypass these questions and all fields will be required.
  • If you do not complete these three questions, you will not be permitted to log into the system
  • While some products specify the security questions you have to answer, we're letting you create your own questions.
  • Some examples of possible security questions:
    • What was the color of my first car?
    • What was the last name of my third grade teacher?
    • Who was my childhood hero? 


There are no changes to the Billing or Scheduling applets in this release. As always, this new release is included in your monthly subscription fee and is being provided at no additional cost.
