Enhance date selection for Appointment List by Patient Report
Reports > Scheduling > Appointment List by Patient Report
We removed restrictions that forced you to run the report for one month only.
Users are now able to run this report for any date range both From Date: and To Date:
No other functionality of the report has changed.

New Reports - Patient Contact Reschedule Letter & Patient Contact Missed Appointments Letter
Two new reports are now added to Reports > Scheduling >“Patient Contact Missed Appointments” and “Patient Contact Reschedule Letter”.
Patient Contact Missed Appointments letter is used when a patient has missed their appointment (no show) the office needs to send a letter to the patient to reschedule their appointment. The new report can be run for one or multiple patients and the user will be able to print out a letter in PDF form.

Patient Contact Reschedule letter is used whenever a physician is going to be out of the office and the office needs to send a letter out to a patient to reschedule the appointment. The new report can be run for one or multiple patients and the user will be able to print out a letter in PDF form.

Begin changing Billing Reports to work like Scheduling Reports
For each of the next several releases we will be moving Billing Reports to the newer structure and web controls of Scheduling Reports. By moving these reports to the newer web controls users will have more flexibility to add and remove columns from reports. We are also categorizing reports in sub-tabs for easier report navigation.

Add CSV and HTML Export Options to Reports
We have enhanced options for exporting data from Reports. Since there will now be more exporting options  from Webapp > Reports > we have changed the label for the button that allows the user to export reports from “Export to Excel” to “Export Data”.
On Reports > Billing, Scheduling and Account > the user will have the option to directly download report if the file size is greater than 5 MB. User will be prompted with a choice box to choose a format to download: Excel, CSV, PDF, or HTML.

There are no changes to the Billing Manager or Schedule Manager applets in this release.

You can confirm your version of ProviderSuite as follows:
For the Web App, the version is listed in the footer of each page, near the copyright notice.
For the Billing Manager applet, the version is listed on the Help > About screen.
For the Schedule Manager applet, the version is listed on the About screen (accessed by clicking the "i" icon in the upper-right)
