Printing Multiple Claims from Pending Payer Paper Claims Bucket
Follow these steps to print 08/05 1500 or UB 04 forms in bulk from the PracticeAdmin Billing applet.
- Click the Pending Payer Paper Claims Bucket in the Today Screen to populate the list of claims that need to be printed.
- Click the Print button below the list of claims and print a summary of the visible claims to assist in the filtering process.
- Click the Claim-Final Tab.
- Under the Print heading on the right side of the screen, click Print Claims. This opens the Print Claims dialog box.
- When the dialog box opens, you will want to select your claim form (1500 08-05 or UB 04) and Filter Mode by Insurance Plan.
- Using your list to sort Pending Payer Paper claims by Payer Type and Date of Service range, for the sample list click on Show Selected Plans to find all AARP plans and enter the DOS From " " and DOS To " " to cover the date range. Click Preview and then Print.
- For the BCBS of Florida claim, select BCBS from the Type dropdown menu and enter the DOS From " " (choose one day prior to the From date) and DOS To " " to cover the date range. Click Preview and then Print.
- For the Accordia claims, select -All Types - from the Type dropdown and enter the DOS From " " (choose one day prior to the From date) and DOS To " " to cover the date range. Search in the Insurance List to the any Acordia plans and check the box to the left. Click Preview to review the claims and then Print.
Note- Depending on the number of insurance plans in the practice you may experience some delays in printing.
