Printing CMS 1500 Issue-DPI
If you are getting an error when trying to print CMS -1500 forms, first we must make sure your DPI is set to 100%. Please follow the steps below to reset your DPI, if needed.
From Desktop
Right click on Desktop
Click Screen Resolution
Click blue line to Make Text and other Items Larger or Smaller
Change to Smaller-100% Default
Click apply
The system will force you to log off and log back in for this change to take affect.
