How to Set up Statement Address Overrides

How to Set up Statement Address Overrides:

Alternate addresses can now be provided for facilities and providers to be printed on statements.

Statement addresses will only be overridden if the corresponding checkboxes are checked for the corresponding facility or provider (Override Patient Statement Payee address and/or Override the Patient Statement Remit to Address).                                              This will mean that if the override addresses are not provided, but the corresponding checkbox has been checked, the corresponding address will be empty on statements created afterwards for that facility or provider.

To set up:

  1. Login to PracticeAdmin

  2. Click on the ‘Setup’ tab

  3. Click on ‘Facilities’ or ‘ Providers’

  4. Select a Facility or a provider

  5. Click on the ‘Statement Address Override’ box

  6. Click on ‘Override Patient Statement Payee address’ and ‘ Override the patient Statement Remit to Address’ box

  7. Enter the desired address and Click on ‘Save’
