How to resolve Claims Queue issues

  1. Confirm Enable Claim processing flag is set to 1
  2. Confirm claim processing jobs are enabled in the SQL Job Agent
  3. Confirm that the next run time for those jobs is correct
  4. If answers to 1-3 are yes and claims queue is still rising
    1. Run update key stats
    2. Confirm log file is appropriate size - if not, run shrink
