How do I obtain proof of timely filing to send to the insurance company?

Answer-

To obtain proof of timely filing, please follow these steps.

 

  1. Login to PracticeAdmin
  2. Click on the ‘Billing’ Tab
  3. Click on the ‘Edi Portal’ tab
  4. Click on “Manage Claims”
  5. Click on “Search Claim History”
  6. Enter your patient's account number; for example ST2355, or search with a last name, first name
  7. Click the “Create Report” green button. You will now see a list of all claims submitted to payers. 
  8. Click on the blue ‘Status’ Accepted or Rejected Link to open the Claim Detail page. Scroll down to ensure you have a "Payor Report” that indicates the claim was received.
  9. On the top right corner of the page, click on the printer to print a copy. 

Now you have proof on timely filing to submit to the insurance company.
