How to determine your version of Internet Explorer

How to determine the version for Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 9 or higher):
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Press  Alt+h  on your keyboard (press the Alt key and the h key at the same time).
3. Select About Internet Explorer.
4. The version number will be show in the About Internet Explorer dialog box that appears.
