How to add an Appointment Reason?

Here are the steps to add an Appointment Reason to Scheduling:

  1. From the ProviderSuite Web Application, go to the Appointments Tab
  2. Click the "Launch Scheduling" button (top left corner)
  3. Click on the Settings Lookup List option on the left column of the Schedule 
  4. Select Appointment Reasons from the drop-down menu labeled "Lookup List:"
  5. Click the green (+) New button to add an Appointment Reason
  6. Enter the appointment reason name
  7. Click Save & Close to complete the addition
