How to add a Facility as the Referring Provider

Below are the steps to create a Referring Provider instance of a Facility.

Launch Billing Manager and select Settings > Referring Providers on the top menu bar.

Select "Non-Person" for Entity Type:



Enter the name of the facility in the Last Name field, placing a period in the First Name field:



Select "Unknown" in the Credentials field to activate the associated Specialty dropdown list for facility/clinic:

After entering all other pertinent information, click Save.
