Eligibility Verification Issue

The PracticeAdmin engineering team is working with our clearinghouse and the payers to resolve the issue. An update will be sent as soon as more information is available.
 
What are the symptoms of the issue?
When using the real-time verification feature of PracticeAdmin, certain payers are rejecting the request and responding with error messages such as "Provider Last Name Missing" or "Invalid Request." 
 
What should you do?
If you are receiving these rejections, you should use alternative methods to verify insurance such as calling the payer or using the payer's web site until the issue is resolved.
