EDI Portal Claim History

EDI Portal Claim History

The full EDI Rejection messages can be viewed in the EDI portal. Please follow these steps and if you have additional questions please let us know.

Go To the Billing Tab
Click on EDI Portal
Click on the Manage Claims Tab
Select Search Claim History
Enter the patients info (PA acct# or Name)
Enter the DOS in question and click Create Report
Click on the claim line and it will open a Claim Detail Screen.
Scroll to the bottom to see the message from clearinghouse or the payer.
