Collection File Transfer

As the Practice Administrator, you are able to generate your own collection file.

Under the main billing tab, there is a category (COLLECTIONS)
Under that Category, there are (2) Sub-Categories 1. Send Patients to Collections
                                                 2. Generated File

1. Choose a Collection Agency from the drop-down menu and click Transfer and Generate Files

2. When the file is generated and finished processing a new window will open with a GENERATED FILES table
This table contains the results of all attempts to transfer patients to collections.
If some patients have indeed been sent to collections, you will see a link to the Excel File that contains information on the transferred patients.
Otherwise, you will see an explanation of why nothing was transferred.
